A subscription is monitoring: a scan every week, with an alert when something changes. The audit is a one-off review by us, going far deeper: before and after the choice in the banner, every cookie and request recorded with when and to whom, with a report for your web team and a call. A year of Pro monitoring is included in the audit; after that it continues as a normal subscription, cancellable monthly.

Yes. You pick a package per website to match that site, for example your webshop on Scale and your brochure sites on Start. You pay the price of whichever package you chose for each site.

As many as you want, on every package. You pay a fixed price per website per month, so your invoice is simply the number of websites times the price of their package. There is no cap, and the price per website stays the same whether you monitor two or eighty.

Every package scans weekly, automatically. You can also start a manual scan at any time, for example after changing your site. Packages differ in the number of pages per scan. Enterprise additionally gets deep scans of up to 250 pages.

Yes, you can switch a website to another package at any time. When upgrading, that website immediately gets deeper scans. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes, with the free quick scan. It shows you where your website stands, without an account. There is no free subscription: for continuous monitoring you pick a package.

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bancontact, and SEPA direct debit. All payments are processed securely.

When your subscription expires, your account is paused. Your data is retained for 30 days, so you can take your time deciding whether to renew.

No, PRIVAN is designed for everyone. Simply enter your website URL and we do the rest. Reports are clear and contain concrete action items.

PRIVAN checks compliance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. We follow the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority and the EDPB.
